Get comfy

Okay - so WOW.... I've been a blogging bum! So, get comfy. Grab a coffee or snack b/c you've got some catching up to do!! I'm a dweeb as well and forgot to load the pictures in the proper order so you're going to start with "today" and go backwards until almost Thanksgiving! Whoopsie! There were just TOOO many pics to start over when I realized I'd made the boo-boo!! So ... .enjoy :)

Carissa and JJ are good buddies. At nap time each day he cries and says, "I miss Cawissa" (yes, his 'r's aren't enunciated well). She's a good helper and likes to "take care of him".

Just a couple days after Noah's 9th birthday he got his new glasses! He really likes them and so do I! They are transitional too - so when he's outside they turn into sunglasses. This will be SO handy this summer for him! We are so thankful for Eric's vision plan kicking in for us to get these glasses!!!

Just JJ and I today. If the camera is out then he's ready to ham it up :)

Noah asked for pumpkin dessert for his 9th Bday. We had to squeeze 9 candles on his whip cream. :) Ha ha! I can't believe he's only a year from double digits!

I've started extreme couponing. It's fun... time consuming...overwhelming... and very satisfying when I find great deals!

These were the spoils one day I went.

The extreme couponing started when I got this tube of toothpaste for $.32. Yup, 32 cents! I was sort of hooked.

Noah and JJ have had a special bond for a long time... and I love to see them still close. :)

Carissa turned 7!!!! CRAZY! She got a tinkerbelle lunch bag (among a few other things).

She asked for strawberry cake and icecream! :)

For Christmas Noah wanted a hat like "Dad". We found this one. He loves it and looks so cute in it... especially when he wears his glasses.

Carissa really wanted a new BIBLE. I remember asking for one when I was her age. She loves it.

Micah (and the other boys, including Daddy) got Nerf guns. We have nerf wars around the house and find the foam darts EVERYWHERE! It's fun!

Here are the kids with their Christmas outfits from Grandma Burgess. She made the plaid shirts and vest for Carissa. They love them and wore them the rest of the day ... until we ate and I made them change to keep them clean for church the next day... ha ha

Eric bought me a ring for Christmas. It's the trinity knot. For us, it symbolizes God, Eric and me. As we grow closer to God we grow closer to each other. It's a special promise to always keep God at the center and choose to love each other forever. Sweet for us.

Silly family pic :)
My man and I.
Sweet kids.
Lots of LOVE here!
The whole Nutt-family!
Micah hi-5ing Sparky the fire dog when we went to see Santa.

Carissa was NOT about to sit on Santa's lap. She barely looked at him. But she did suck on her candycane. So funny.

Micah talked to him - but he also didn't want to sit on his lap. Can't blame him. JJ is being held by Eric and wouldn't even LOOK at Santa! HA

It was snowing while we waited for Santa to drive up and get out off the fire truck. :)

Our awesome Christmas tree.

Snowy kids!

FACE plant!!! :) Micah being Micah. :)

JJ wearing Eric's hat. The sun was in his eyes! :) We were on our way to the mts to find our tree.

Thanksgiving morning I made cinnamon rolls! They tasted as yummy as they look in this photo!

JJ and Lucy. She's the latest addition to the family (as of Nov).

Noah in a tree at the park.

Carissa in the tree.

Micah :)

JJ in the tree. My poor kids sure put up with a lot of pictures, don't they? :) They'll thank me someday!!! :)

I hope you feel a lil more caught up! I'll try to do better with the blogging!!!!
