Micah's hanging out with a numbing agent on his wound. What could be better than getting to play with daddy's ipod?! Here he was watching a movie!! It was so nice b/c we had a LONG wait!

We were in the mts. playing in the river. Micah fell and landed on a rock and split open his knee! We hurriedly packed up our picnic lunch, got kids into dry clothes and loaded up the car. We had an hour+ drive home so we wanted to high tail it. I knew he's need stitches. On the way home, all 4 kids AND the dog slept! I sat by Micah and kept pressure on his knee. I used every bandaid in our first aid kit to soak up the blood. When it first happened I whipped off his t-shirt and wrapped it around his knee to stop the blood. That helped get the bleeding stopped.

Anyway, we dropped the family off at home and Micah and I headed for the ER. He did amazing! He only got teary eyed when they were giving him the numbing shots... I was so proud of him!!
