long over due update

Well, we're into February! How time flies! January brought us Noah's 7th birthday and getting him and Eric back to school. Getting back in the swing of school has been a little bit difficult, but we're working to get that groove back.

This month brings Micah and Eric's birthday's. The day after Eric's birthday I head out for a women's retreat. It's the same retreat that I led the worship at last year. This year I get to go and simply soak it all in. I am excited about that.

I will get home on Sunday and be home for a few days and then head out to Spokane. I'm planning to hang with a few friend's for the weekend and help out a dear friend in her home. She's a mommy to 7 kiddo's, a wife to a great man, a daughter to our most high King, and she just happens to be battling cancer too! Another mutual friend of ours and I are planning to just bless her with help, encouragement, friendship, and fellowship. I'll head up the 6th of March and come home the 9th.

By the end of March it will be Spring Break! Eric and I are running away, just the 2 of us, for a few nights! We did this last year at Spring Break and it was so wonderful, that we decided we really needed to do it again! Eric's mom will come stay at the house with the kids. They'll be all set with meals and lists and a well stocked/organized house :)

That takes us all the way into April! Wow. The next 2 months are going to fly by!

Health wise, we're doing okay. We've had a few days of an unexplained fever for Micah - and the typical winter cold... but other than that, we've so far avoided the flu bugs and other such nastiness that we've had to battle in past winters. We're grateful!

Life seems pretty day to day - so there's not a lot to update really. Noah's continuing to do really great with his glasses! :) Not one complaint out of him, yet!
